Shipping & Delivery

At Riechleist we endeavour to process, pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible. We dispatch daily, Monday through Thursday, however, demand can sometimes peak unexpectedly and we therefore offer the following time frames outlined below as our standard guideline for dispatch.We use packaging methods to ensure your juices arrives in premium condition. If there is a problem with your order you may email us with a detailed description of the problem (with relevant photographs) to orders@riechleist.com

 

How do you ship my order?

Riechleist uses United Post Office , UPS and FedEx  for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within the United States and do not deliver to Post parcel lockers due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures.

I live overseas, can I order and arrange delivery to an address in the United States?

Yes, simply email orders@riechleist.com with your order and the Customer Service Team will assist and process for you

 

Do you ship to post office boxes?

At this time we are unable to process orders shipping to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We request a street name for our deliveries to ensure that our product is received within the time limits we have established for the product to arrive at your door in pristine condition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

What is the cost for delivery?

We charge a flat rate of $ for each delivery purchased via our online store.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. If you would like to ship to more than one address you will need to create separate orders.

 

What happens to my order during warmer weather?

We use packaging methods to ensure your juices arrive in premium condition. If there is a problem with your order you may email us with a detailed description of the problem (with relevant photographs) to orders@riechleist.com

 

How do I cancel my order?

For cancellations or changes email us at orders@riechleist.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

 

How should I store my juices?

If stored under proper conditions, our products will retain their freshness for many weeks. Freezed, they can last up to 3 months and beyond. In the fridge , they have a 10-14 days life  shell.

 

What is the shelf life of Riechleist products?

Please refer to the “Drink within” date printed on the packaging. The “Drink within” date is a quality tool. It assures that the quality of a product consumed at the end of the shelf life still lives up to the Riechleist quality expectation when stored at the right conditions.Riechleist juices typically have a shelf life of 2-3months+ when freezed and 10-14 days when fridged.
